Occasionally we receive donations of rare or otherwise collectible books. These are sold on Amazon with the proceeds funding our programs. We greatly appreciate donations of rare or collectible books which help fund our projects.
Current Projects
The Friends of Libraries and Literacy help Midland and surrounding communities with special projects. These may include donations of books, literacy materials, as well as monetary assistance for projects in schools, community agencies and other non-profit organizations. In addition, the Friends of Libraries and Literacy is providing textbook scholarships for student volunteers attending Midland College and UTPB.
